# Updating Your Profile Photo

> Add or update your profile photo so teammates can easily identify you in conversations.

A profile photo helps your team quickly identify who is participating in each conversation.

## Update Your Profile Photo

1. Click on your initials or avatar.
2. Select **My Profile** from the navigation menu.
3. Stay on the **My Profile** tab.
4. Scroll down to the **Profile Photo** section.
5. Select **Choose Photo** (or **Select a Photo**) and upload the image you'd like to use.
6. Drag and crop the image as needed.
7. Select **Save** to apply your changes.

## Change or Remove Your Photo

You can update or remove your profile photo at any time by returning to the **My Profile** page and selecting a new image or deleting your current one.

  Choose a clear, professional headshot so your teammates and customers receiving your contact card can easily recognize you.
